This year I'm continuing my Travel the World card series that I began last year. There are 195 countries in the world. I randomly select one each week and virtually travel there. I share tidbits of information about the week's country on my blog and choose one fact about the country as inspiration for that week's card.
This card is inspired by Liberia which is home to one of the world's rainiest capital cities. Monrovia experiences 182 inches of rain a year, compared to only 23 inches annually in London.
Please visit my blog for more photos/information about both Liberia and my card...

Love the happy little puddle jumper. I especially love that the paper colors match so perfectly to your coloring on this adorable bears "outer wear". Wee duck and brads are a great finish!

Oh, this little guy is so cute! I can't wait to read your post about Liberia. I wouldn't have thought Africa would have one of the rainiest capitals, but I guess Africa has different geographies including a lot of rainforests.
