Anna's MIX challenge today is "How Does Your Garden Grow?". My garden is dry and sad right now. My dahlias are looking pretty weak and I didn't get any blueberries on my bushes this year. But my hydrangeas really bloomed! More than ever! And my black eyed susans look phenomenal. I have a "Harlequin Hydrangea" that I bought from a catalog years ago and until this year it has only bloomed once. This year it has more blooms on it than ever and it's gorgeous. I colored two of my flowers here inspired by those. The other one is blue like the rest of my beautiful flowers. I just love hydrangeas. There's something so magical about those big blue flowers. This is also for the Crafters of Faith card group. This month's challenge hostess is Liz and she has given us Isaiah 60:19 - The sun will no more be your light by day, nor will the brightness of the moon shine on you, for the LORD will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory. Her challenge is to use a sun rays or radial pattern on our cards. A perfect sunshiney backdrop for a bright and cheerful friendship card.

Gorgeousness. My hydrangea are all pure white. They grow next to where I planted my corn but I had to crop them out of my photo for my photo to fit on my page. I love how you have yours colored.

Jen, I saw your beautiful hydrangeas over on FB and I am so glad you used this stamp as your featured garden flower. I love the sun rays in the background and your card will deliver cheerfulness and joy right to someone's mailbox.

You cards are so bright and cheerful. They always make me smile when I see them and this is no exception. Love these big hydrangea blooms and the colors you chose for them. The sun rays are perfect for the challenge as well as this card. Love it.

I love hydrangeas too. Just finished pruning mine and giving them a feed. They bloom here in time for Christmas and there is nothing better than a large vase of them with all the different shades. The blue one is my favourite in this pretty bunch.
