Hi everyone, Marianne here, a.k.a Lantana. I'm honored to once again join you as Color Challenge Guest Designer. In the coming weeks I hope to give you a little inspiration and encouragement to grab your supplies and get crafty.
Our Color Challenge hostess is Barbara and she has chosen some lovely colors for us this week. The colors are Real Red, Crumb Cake, and Whisper White. The dessert is three layers.
For my card I used Copic and Tombow alcohol ink markers in colors that are very close to the challenge colors.
The stamp that I used is from a new Altenew July release. I colored the flowers in a strong red and used a nice green from the neutrals list for the leaves. I fussy cut the image and adhered it onto a panel that I ran through my machine in an embossing folder. I heat embossed the sentiment in crisp black ink onto white cardstock. My card ended up having three layers.
I hope you have fun with this challenge. Can't wait to check the gallery and see what you've created!
