I created my panel from pigments in colors of Yellow/Orange/Red with no clue what I would do with them. I decided to die cut a poinsettia to make a non-traditional Christmas card. So the flower is the part cut from the panel using the technique. I love the vibrant colors of the blossom. It also has a little sparkle from adding a liquid watercolor shimmer to the card when wet.
This was a great technique. Hope you like the results.

Wonderful background with this technique and the poinsettia is such a beauty in those colors.

Beautiful Pointsettia in a vibrant color! There is a place in North Raleigh that has over 50 varieties of pointsettias every year starting the day after Thanksgiving. And they open their doors until Christmas Eve.
Love your card .....
