I created the scene on my computer using a vector imaging program, printed it and colored with Chameleon pens and color pencils. Stamped the sentiment and mounted on a black mat and purple base. My mermaid looks like she spent too long in the sun.

well, I am sure the sunscreen would not stick to the wet skin. ;)
( she does not look burnt to me though so, its all good) I love that you have all these other things to be in the scene with her too.

It's so interesting to find that an artist like you has such great technical skill to manipulate images via computer program to get to this. Great results with your floaty mermaid scene, enhanced with the vivid purple throughout.
