I needed a masculine birthday card and balloons always speak to me of celebration. The pattern paper was adhered to a white base and I then added a small rectangle of green vellum. The sentiment was die cut and stamped and then I added foam adhesive. I also die cut the balloon and blended blue ink on it and then added foam adhesive to pop it up. They were all adhered as shown and the gold stars were added last.

Wonderful design and I love those stripes. The balloon is blended perfectly...looks almost real. Plus, I like how you placed your sentiment on the vellum. Super guy card.
