I love, love this oh-so-fun stamp set from Inkadinkado! A couple weeks ago, I stamped all the girls from the set several times each onto white CS, & had a blast coloring them (they may show up on future uploads of my cards...stay tuned!). I fussy-cut these two Pink Girls, and thought they would be fun for the recipient, who likes fashion! If you look closely, the Girls are wearing nylon stockings with their pretty pink outfits--see the challenge! :-)
The sentiment was stamped onto the red CS with Versamark, heat embossed with the pink EP, & die-cut. Stamped the shoe, masked it off, & stamped another shoe & the two purses. Colored with pencils, decorated with gel pen, & fussy-cut a banner shape to layer on the front.
TFL!

Totally stylin', Liz. Of course they are wearing nylons and they look wonderful. Love your use of this set and the interesting lacy diecut edge. This is a fun design to showcase the purses and shoes!

What great stamps! I can imagine you had fun colouring them, and it's always nice to have a stash of something like that (although it's usually butterflies and flowers I stock up on!). Wonderful ribbon accent, and great work masking on the little banner strip.

Oh my goodness - I grew up with BOTH those styles - the fitted bodice / bouffant skirt and the dropped waistline dresses - and it's true no proper woman would have been caught dead without her nylons (and girdle) on (black seam military straight up the back of the leg) in ALL temperatures!
Beautifully executed.
