I used the Distress Oxide Tumbled Glass ink on the vellum in window, to make the "window" look like the surrounding d/p. Glitter gel pens was used to color the stars on the balloon.
On back of the card I have a d/p of kites flying. (Remember "Let's go Fly a Kite"?) Kites love to fly!
Inside is the stamped word Celebrate.

Your balloon die-cut is just delightful. They are always fun and happy-making, I think. I like the softness of the vellum circle. And yes, I do remember that song - in fact, I just watched the DVD last week, but I can remember learning the song in school when I was about 5 or 6, before I'd ever seen the film.
