This is one of those "If you knew how long it took to make this card, you'd never throw it away"!!! I started with the IC762 challenge and selected these amazing plates. https://www.eyeon.design/collections...mal-plates-set
From there I knew I wanted to do a triptych using zebras. My first attempt I used pigment ink that smudged when I masked to stamp the 2nd zebra. So then I switched to the memento ink. When I die cut out the 2nd image, there was sticky glue residue on the cutting plate which made a mess on the images so on to 3rd attempt with a different cutting plate! Used stitched dies to cut the zebra and then had to down-size the shadow panel. The animal plates have a gold trim, but I decided to stick with the clouds days CAS594 theme and used the gray shimmer paper and mounted that on a black panel with the candlewick die. I love that die set but it takes some practice to use to get the edges correct. Not exactly CAS but close enough... It's a gray day today and the winds are howling, but no rain in our drought-stricken part of the state.
Couldn't decide about a sentiment. This is from TH idea-ology. Sort of wish I had placed it inside the card but it's on the front now. TFL

TFS your journey with this card! I sometimes wonder if cards that put me through the wringer will end up in the trash or in someone's stash! This was well worth the effort! Favorited!

I love it when I have to think about how you did the card! The triplic is very effective. Thank you for explaining your difficulties! I sure find plenty of errors on my stamps, but working our solutions is what makes us better. This is a great card.
