I printed a Minion Coloring sheet from an internet search--once on yellow and once on Whisper White once on computer paper.
I used one of my favorite techniques from the TLC--I traced the rocket onto the aluminum using the computer paper copy and a ball point pen on top of a mousepad. It indents a line in the pie pan and you can cut it out, emphasize certain parts, or even trace over certain parts with a Sharpie like I did. My rocket is actually shiny, but it did not photograph well.
I colored the parts of the Minion that needed coloring on the WW--clothes, eyes, mouth, goggles and cut them out. Added window sheet to the goggles and accented them with a silver gel pen. The mouth on the yellow piece was cut out and the colored mouth was put behind the hole with dimensionals.
I had a lot of fun playing Minion paper dolls--down to the brads that I used for buttons.
This is for my nephew's birthday--he's a big Minion fan and has been for a long time. I decorated the envelope with BA-NA-NAs!
