Well, this card has a little back story. I know I'm posting this a little while after the challenge went live. I knew pretty quickly what I wanted to do. I pulled this pre-colored panel which reminded me of water and the Best Catch stamp set and put it on my table. Next day I cannot find the fisherman for anything. I look everywhere. It took 4 days until it turned up stuck to a piece of random card stock! Then I could finally make the card. The fish is really shimmery as I tried to emulate the iridescent quality of some fish, using shades of green and purple. The rest is simple, just stamping a silhouette of the fisherman with a few white highlights. I realize I can't make a card without the white gel pen.
Hope you like it and thanks for looking.

Such a cool background, sentiment and stamps. Wish I could see the fish in RL- bet it is gorgeous. I am always behind on the challenges as it takes a few days to figure out what I want to do so I so admire all of you that whip great cards out shortly after the challenge. And yes, of course I have temporarily misplaced stamps, usually until after I give up on finding the exact one.

That background is beautiful. The colors on your fish are perfect too. It's funny how we misplace stamps sometimes. Thanks for hanging in there and playing along with my challenge.

I love fishing cards! And I love your fabulous background! Giggling at your story of losing your stamp. How many boxes have my stamps gotten stuck to. I'm so glad that you found your fisherman and that fish is just awesome coloring!
