Lee challenged us to be inspired by our favorite Christmas song and I chose Silent Night. We were lucky enough to take our kids to Austria & Germany, and we visited the little town where Silent Night was written. While I appreciate magnificent Christmas music played on trumpets and organs, I love Silent Night because it was written to be played on a guitar and sung by simple village folk in their parish church.
