Toni is this week's WTUI hostess - her fun challenge is HERE..
Background was, I think, stamping with Brushos using an IO backgrounder. I sponged a bit of blue ink over the whiter areas. Stamped the barnacles, embossed with white EP. Stamped the seaweed in Versafine Olympia Green. Added Lavinia Moon Dust glitter (Sea Breeze, what else!) to parts of the seaweed, and Stickles to the barnacles. I stamped a Prickle from Art Journey in dusty concord, it made me think of sea urchins. The coral border is from Joanna Sheen, cut from watercolour paper and coloured with watercolours. A Hello stamped on vellum and cut with the SU word bubbles helped fill a blank space. The fish is from Pink Cat Studios, stamped on watercolour paper, embossed and then coloured with Twinkling H2Os and some white gel pen dots. I cut a frame from gold card and popped it up on foam after embossing with the SU Subtle ef.
There are actually some Prills along the bottom of the coral border, but they got covered up by the frame :-(.

Sabrina, I love your "aquarium!" Your coral, seaweed and barnacles are so creatively finished! Love the fish! I have that set from Pink Cat Studio. You finished the fish so well. Love the dots!

Fish never have to dust...I want to be a fish. Weird thing, your card for WT779 is also in the gallery, I didn't look but the keyword must be wrong. I didn't realize it at first, it's a gray card, so I thought 'dust is gray.' Cute card Sabrina, lots of fun details.

Marvelous card, Sabrina. Great bg and so many wonderful details. I love the speech bubble rising from the bubbles! Moon Dust glitter sounds perfect for the challenge and looks great on the seaweed.
