This card is for Sharon aka smadson's VSN challenge to put a city scene on your cards or something you might find in the city.
I went with buildings. I decided to use up a whole lot of backgrounds in my stash and I have used two here.
The actual background is actually some baking paper I think I used to catch paint at sometime in the dark distant past. I had trouble sticking it to the card stock and in the end used adhesive spray spraying both the card stock and the baking paper.
The second background was used to cut out the buildings and the panel under the greeting.
I glued the panels on then put a piece of double sided tape in ht middle of the second panel, wound some rose thread around three fingers then stuck it to the double sided tape.
Last but not least I printed of the "to the neighbourhood" then stamped the Welcome and punched it out with the oval punch, sponged a little Blushing Bride ink around the edges and popped it over the thread with some demensionals and there you have it.
Thanks for looking.
