This year I'm continuing my Travel the World card series that I began last year. There are 195 countries in the world. I randomly select one each week and virtually travel there. I share tidbits of information about the week's country on my blog and choose one fact about the country as inspiration for that week's card.
This card is inspired by Guyana which boasts a 285 mile coastline.
Please visit my blog for more photos/information about both Guyana and my card...

What a FANTASTIC idea to learn and create cards from various countries all over the world--I love it! Your stamped image is sweet, and I particularly like the shades you have used to color it, and using the red, blue, and yellow colors around the layers adds a beautiful brightness and a great unifying factor too. That sand layer below the focal image looks so real and so dimensional, that it almost looks like it has actual 3D dimension, it really brings the whole beach scene to life in a much more vivid way. So well done!!!
I look forward to seeing many more of these cards from around the world in your series.
