I made this card for last week's Teapot Tuesday challenge so I am coming in at the 11th hour with this card. Jen is our hostess and she chose a wonderful theme called, "Pen Pals" because the recipient and our own SCS Sabrina have been pen pals for a long time now.
The sentiment is stamped first, then the iris is stamped in 2 steps. When the stamping was done, I took a black micron pen and doodled around the edge of the image panel. Layered the card up with a loopy rectangle die and scrap designer paper. This card is going to Barbara who is recovering from surgery, and I hope she makes a full recovery too.
Thank you Jen for this wonderful challenge and thanks for looking! ~Karen.

Another beautiful creation in pink. As has already been voiced, the loopy edging adds such a special touch and your doodling coordinates beautifully with that die. It adds a fun, decorative touch to the image as well. I have to say your doodling is much more evenly spaced than mine ever are. Well done! And that dp paper is subtle and lovely. Great card.
