I wanted this card to look like a city at night. So, I cut the buildings out of the lighter color c/s (both colors of c/s we're dry embossed), and colored all windows with a yellow Prismacolor to imitate lights. The moon was colored and Gamsol applied - (first time I had colored a dark cardstock). The stars in the sky were colored and silver Glitter Glue was applied to make them "twinkle".
Thank you for your challenge Sharon!
