This is for Jean's fun challenge of crinkled chalk and Shirley's Let's Flamingo. I don't own much in the flamingo dept. but remembered this stamp in Valentine Defined. The leaf die is cool cause it just cuts into c.s. so you can lift the ends. Thanks ladies for your fun challenges this week and thanks for looking! I am pretty happy with how this turned out.

My favorite card in the flamingo themed gallery today! Really makes me want to go on a tropical vacation even though after all of this time in the house I probably won't fit into my swimsuit!

Love, love your leaf die and it looks super with that crinkled chalk background. Beautiful DP, too - and didn't you have the perfect EP for the fun flamingoes.

Your tropical card is so gorgeous Shirl! Your crinkled chalk piece coordinates perfectly with your tropical dp so I actually thought it was dp too! This is a really cool leaf how it is cut so just the ends are pushed up. Fun flamingos and beautifully embossed sentiment too. You really created a fabulous card for the challenges Shirl. ~Karen.
