A lame attempt for Jean's TLC798 Crinkled Chalk. I had a couple of these images stamped and coloured to use for school leavers. Still struggling with finishind the other one as I used a bigger sentiment, and I think will have to cut a 6" square base for it. This one, being slightly smaller, fit on my stock 5 3/4" card. My Ice Blue chalk ink is totally dead, but the green was still OK. I added a lighter green in DOX. I also used the clingwrap to stamp in some colour to fill the background - the dark green chalk, and picket fence and broken china. I sponged it with walnut stain distress around the edge before adding to the card base. A little butterfly sparkled up with a clear glitter pen, and a dot of Liquid Pearls for the button on her pinafore finish it off.

Beautiful. Very sweet, artistic and soft. Your pattern made a mini floral, like a vintage handkerchief might have. So when's your story book coming out?
