Sabrina's WTUI challenge, A Clean Start is for bleach techniques. It was just the nudge I needed to get out my Alcohol Lift ink pad. I dropped ink on Yupo and then used my airbrush marker tool to blow the ink around and then pounced it with the felt pads to get some bubbles. Stamped the mermaid and reeds with the lift off ink. Thank goodness for a stamping platform. It took four times to get a good clear image. Cut a double border from aqua and teal CS and popped it up on the image panel with dimensional tape. Die cut the sea border and net from silver paper and little fish from green glitter. Adhered the border to the frame and added the fish. I mixed ink with Nuvo Glaze and used a toothpick to fill the bubbles on the border. TFL

Miss Carla, I am sure I sent you an email about warning me when you upload drop dead gorgeous arty cards. I almost hurt myself falling off my chair! Seriously my friend, this looks fabulous. Thanks for the details, I will persist with the Alcohol Lift ink.
