I love rainbow colours on cards and whenever I see a challenge I either choose my alcohol inks or distress inks. Today it was alcohol inks and fortunately I was crafting with friends through Zoom when making this and I made it quickly...those inks can sometimes make you giddy and I was giddy enough this morning LOL
Inks dropped on the paper and wiped with a baby wipe to spread...do it quickly before it dries. Panel done in less than 5.
Stained glass panel die cut and the hardest and longest time was getting all the bits out of this...and making sure you cut it right the first time. I had to run it through my BS twice LOL. Plonked on top of my rainbow.
Sentiment die cut twice...once in gold and the shadow effect in navy blue. Plonked on the card. Done. Well it should have been but it is me making this card so I added wink of stella to the panel.
Tip: Do not use tombow glue behind translucent yupo paper. It shows through. One of the ladies I was crafting with suggested next time I use vellum glue. Mine gives it a polka dot look behind the rainbow LOL.
Thanks for the challenge Lee.
TFL. Happy day

Your alcohol ink rainbow looks awesome under this sensational die. I love the ink dots showing through! I add another dimension to your gorgeous design, Jayne!

Jayne I love the soft rainbow effect of your background and I cant see any glue dot thingies. Your card has a lovely lacy effect with all the colours working perfectly.
