More details on my blog Kath's Blog-Everyday Life Of A Crafter
I scrunched up a 4.1/4" x 5.1/2" panel of Distress Mixed Media Heavystock, dragged the Stormy Sky and Tumbled Glass Distress ink pads over the panel and spritzed with water to make the ink wick. I ironed the panel on the front and back with a hot iron which smoothed out the wrinkles and because stamping on damp paper is not a good idea, I dried the panel with my heat tool.
I stamped the image and sentiment from Follow The Rainbows inked with Black Soot Distress Archival.
I applied Stormy Sky and Vintage Photo Distress inks through the Halftone Mini Layering Stencil and Tumbled Glass through the Digits Mini Layering Stencil, both from Set 48 using Distress Blending Brushes. I added Vintage Photo Distress Ink around the edges and spritzed the panel with water to create the water droplet effect and dried.
I changed my mind about the sentiment and re-stamped on to a scrap of Idea-ology BlackOut KraftStock inked with Versamark and heat set with Ranger Superfine White Embossing Powder.
I flicked Distress Resist Spray on to the panel to create the illusion of raindrops, trimmed the panel to 4" x 5.1/4", fixed to Idea-ology BlackOut Kraftstock and matted on to an A2 white card.
