This was definitely a challenge! At the request of my sweet mama, I made this card for her aunts 104th birthday. Mom loved the pop up card I made her for Mothers Day and wanted one similar, but with red roses and scalloped edges. Adhering the lace edges was a challenge! And its late, I am tired and so I attached the center panel upside down! Very carefully removed the flowers from the outer panels and turned them (easier than removing a and re-attaching the rose, leaves, & sentiment on the center panel! LOL!!

Oh, phew. I'm glad you were able to remove and replace the side flowers. I'm sure we can all identify with the sticking things upside down, I know I can. It must have been tricky sticking the lace borders but they look super. Your Mother's Day card must have been a hit.

What a wonderful card for a 104th birthday! Congratulations to your great aunt! Loved your story and so glad there was a happy ending. I have glued numerous items upside down over the years and often can't fix them. :-)
