This may not be new to some of you but I saw this technique (I call it Blue Print Paper) at my very first convention 4 years ago. You start with US White CS and generously spritz it with water. Then, using a brayer with the rubber insert, you roll the wet paper with Night of Navy ink. Finish it off by stamping an image of your choice in white. The effect is very cool because it really does look and feel just like blue prints.
