Channeling my inner Mary Delany (read the MMTPT challenge and read that article - so inspiring!!!). And using the MIX challenge to hide some parts of the page I wasn't happy with. It gives it a foggy feel - I love how it came out.
I also used the prompt from the **Art*Journal*Journey* challenge for May which is flowers.
The beautiful heart is my Sister Sharon. She sent me a card this week and I recycled parts of it on this card. If you want to read more about my crazy page be sure to visit my blog.

This is beautiful, Nancy and I love the zentangling around your roses. It looks fabulous. I will have to try that too. You have inspired me to get back doing some Bible journaling. Into my favorites with this one, Nancy.

Nancy, so glad you brought this BAJ page to the Art Blooms challenge! Not only would Mrs. D high 5 you (or whatever gentile ladies did back then to convey their amazement), she’d ask to watch over your shoulder as you ‘tangled around those gorgeous roses! I love the ‘peeling’ smudged edges...it creates such depth and reminds me of the song ‘Refiners Fire’. Beautiful work, thanks for adding this to Mary’s gallery.

Oh my - I love the combination of the lovely coloured roses and your amazing black and white doodling. And the soft vintage look from Jeanne's challenge is great.

Just lovely and indeed "whitewashing" something you weren't happy with in the scene has lent a lovely misty morning quality to this picture. I like the added interest from the zentangling - it fascinates me, since it is a talent that is totally out of my wheelhouse.
