I had this shaving foam background already ready to use,it was made on a paper plate, I've die cut the Eiffel tower out of green glitter paper, framed with golden mirror card stock, die cut the swirls and punched the butterflies, stamped the letters to make Paris with StazOn on vellum and slide it under the frame before gluing.

So pretty, Anita. Great picture and great card. Love your bg paper and the use of vellum - all makes it soft and beautiful. Hugz

Oh, on a paper plate...cool idea. The background looks great and I like the gold rim you added. The sentiment is great, too, on the vellum.

Hmmm...........I just "found" some shaving cream papers from a long time ago. I love your stamping on that as a bg!! Thanks for the idea.

What a gorgeous card this is based on your inspiration photo Anita. I really love all the sparkle and shine you added and the circle frame that highlights this wonderful scene you have created. I forget to use fancy alphabet stamps like this so thank you for the inspiration on this too! ~Karen.
Ok, so your card totally makes me smile and makes me think of the movie French Kiss. Meg Ryan sings a mantra "I love Paris in the Springtime". After looking at your card, I am listening to Frank Sinatra singing I love Paris! Your background is dreamy! Wonderful card.
