Crossing lines makes a fun plaid background, I've crossed my lines on a brayer off background, using posca markers in different sizes and colors, then laid the weed stencil on the background and with black acrylic paint made the wild flowers, on one I've added gold embossing powder and heat set, on the other I've added gold paste through the stencil, I've stamped the sentiment on white linen and cut it out framed it with gold glitter paper and popped on foam tape, there was a sticker sheet on my desk and used the left overs to add a bit gold here and there.
I've traced around the edges with posca black and golden marker.

Anita, I love how the background behind your crossed lines looks. Your lines have an organic feeling to them. It almost made me feel like it was hand woven on a loom. I think it is totally awesome.
