For todayâs Way to Use It challenge I did two tape techniques. I placed two rows of washi tape on my white panel and dry embossed with a Sizzix EF. I added some gold thread to the panel and layered this onto gold cardstock and then to the pink card. I stamped the butterfly on light pink cardstock and then colored with several shades of pink ink. I placed packing tape over the butterfly image and die cut it. I glued this butterfly over a lacy gold butterfly and attached to the card with dimensionals.

Oh, way to go, two of my suggestions. The packing tape over the butterfly gives a great finish, almost like an enamelled brooch. And the two embossed strips on the background look lovely. I really liked that technique when Lyn shared it with us for a TLC. I think the soft vintage flowers, butterfly and gold cord give this a very Victorian look, makes me think of looking in antique shop displays.
