I do not own any pirate related stamps, so I improvised by giving this little thief an eye patch. The name of the stamp is "Jelly Bean Thief", but I left them white as eggs for the color scheme of the card. I printed the sentiment on my computer and die cut it, adding some Soft Suede around the edges. I played with different backgrounds; plain black seemed too boring, a pattern too distracting. I settled on an embossed wood grain.

I love where your mind went with this and turning that cute house mouse into a pirate with the requisite eye patch was ingenious. Love your knotted twine .

I am smiling here. This is just so sweet. You did a great job adding the eyepatch, and without the visual cue of colour, the beans make great eggs. I think you hit the Goldilocks zone with the background, just right. Not too plain, not too busy...
