I "Julia-fied" a card from my stash from a stamping friend- removing some embellishments. I then applied chlorine bleach scouring powder, wiping it off for a bleached effect. Highlighted bleached areas with markers.

That is really beautiful, Julia. Bleach powder, gosh, I remember that from when I was a kid but I don't know when I last saw it, except for the Oxi Clean type. Certainly gave you a beautiful effect.
