Hard day today for some reason, but I was finally motivated by today's challenges. The TLC bubble wrap challenge was really fun. I wasn't sure at first but as I looked at the gallery I decided to give it a try. I loved the monochrome CAS as well. I have been pinning a lot of monograph ideas from Pinterest so this was perfect to combine the two.
Masked off the watercolor paper and painted the BG in orange watercolor and then stenciled with the bubble wrap in persimmon. Added the flower stamp and sentiment using the TH stamp placer and stamped several times to get a good dark image on the WC paper. Added a bit of white gel pen on the flowers and a few pearls. Added small butterfly. Roughed edges of front and back panels. TFL

I'm glad the challenges inspired you to create...I'm sure that helped. The monochromatic look is great with this technique. Your choice of orange as the colour combined with a spray of blossom triggers a memory of the scent of orange blossom, making this a double treat. I like your positioning of the sentiment.

I'm sorry you had a hard day, but isn't it the crafting that makes us feel better and makes us living in an artsy world evading from everything what's going on.
Lovely card the orange bubble background makes your silhouette flowers pop from the card, beautiful!!
