Is anyone having difficulty with motivation? Or brain function? Even though I'm doing art, I'm having trouble finishing things or remembering things. Thought I'd run out of flour, oh no, I bought some this past Monday. Did not remember that.
Another three challenge card, because I can't finish anything in a timely way. Because I'm trying to do more art, my Achilles is acting up more, which means I rest a bunch and don't finish a project. This card will be for my daughter Liz, who is a Mom and a mental health provider. She is doing telephone therapy with clients. The students are home, trying to keep up with their studies, a lot of science and medical majors who have a lot of work to do, but their parents expect them to have a clean room and help out with chores. They're grateful to have a home to go to but.....parents don't understand the college workload. Anyway, I digress. This is also for yesterday's MIX. I am an introvert who can be extroverted. I live alone, so this really isn't new to me, but I miss seeing my friends and family and being able to do exactly what I want. My two ladies (me and Liz) are rather glamorous, just like we are, and have their hearts connected by the twine. The bottom border was just received from Polly and I think it looks cool there. I like mixing styles.
This is also for today's IC, since I poked around yesterday. This is what I found to inspire me and get me to finish:https://www.laundrybasketquilts.com/...ring-p34455247
Similar colors...my background is a gel print with alcohol ink, some stencils and then buff colored acrylic to help pull up the ai. I really like this technique. The hearts are another print, same process and I used a stencil with geometric hearts. Thank God for video chatting, I'd be going mad. Maybe I am going mad and don't realize it.

Jean this is brilliant!! So much beauty on this...the patterns, the hearts, the women, and that saying couldn't be any more perfect for our circumstances. I love how the trim looks on this...it was made to go there ;)

Staying in touch is the best way to stay close when you can't actually be together. You have figured a way to express yourself in your artwork, Jean. Very pretty bg and so unique too. There will never be another one like it.
*I haven't had any difficulty getting motivated nor have I forgotten things. I think the reason you have projects going and not finished is because your work is normally involved and you have lots going on in your card designs. That must take a lot of thought beforehand. Hopefully, it will get better for you, Jean~
