I have an elderly friend who had surgery on March 16th. Due to complications she spent over a week and a half in the hospital and then was transferred to a rehab facility. So since the 16th she has not been able to see a friend or family member. She has a hearing disability so phone calls are often not a successful means of communication. I made this card as an encouragement card. The background is a recycled wedding save the date card I picked up at my local thrift shop. Not sure the origin of the dies. The bow is a Tim Holtz punch and the tiny flowers were made with a Punch Bunch punch. I cut the tiny leaves from a diecut of a branch by Diemensions.

What a pretty layout! I love that you bought those save the dates at a thrift store. My kind of shopping! I'm so sorry for your friend going through all this, she's lucky to have you in her life.
