This card fits two challenges today...Polly's Fabric Inspiration over on the VSN's Spring 'FLORAPALOOZA' and the Inspiration Challenge 'Joy of Socks'. Thank you to Amy for the fun and whimsical site filled with socks. I *love* those socks. Queens Garden just reached out to me. And they are a lovely tapestry for Polly's Fabric Inspiration .
My stamp really did all the work for me! I used cat's eye chalk and pigment inks and my Misti to apply 6 different colors onto the Katzelkraft collage stamp. It was easy to wipe off certain areas in order to get the color I wanted. Isn't that big boy frog handsome? I used a Basic Grey 'Marrakech' paper for the background panel, a wild Anna Griffin Floral EF and some fancy grommets. It had been so long, I had to youtube how to operate the Crop-o-dile! But I have used 5 of my stash. Finished off with a tiny bit of hemp trim.
Thanks ladies for your inspiration. Fun was had! And this card is going to my frog lovin' co-worker, who is feeling the season herself, wink!

Love that 'Frog Prince' and the effective way you inked that collage stamp. All those pretty colors are sure do reflect your inspiration socks. Gorgeous EF.

The way you combine colors and patterns are always so unique and inspiring. Love those hurky grommets, adding weight to this guy so he doesn't get away.
