(((((Robin)))), missing you and your beautiful work in the galleries...gentle hugs. Susie...thanks for the challenge this week to 'Look UP'. I am bringing snark today...I can use more chuckling in my life right now...I hope ya'll do too.
My card is pretty simple...just a bit of time getting the Brusho background to look like the ocean bottom with only a tiny bit of shallow water...It was sprinkling, brushing, and picking up color with a paper towel. And then 'slinging' a bit of silver watercolor to mimic air bubbles (I know...)!
Both the quote and the 'Titanic' were inked on acetate. I fussy cut the ship.
When I spied this Erma Bombeck quote online back in the Fall, I HAD TO HAVE IT...it's hard to believe I waited so long to bring it to the gallery...but TODAY is the day.
...smile friends and please come back and tell me what you had off the dessert cart, 'K?
~ps I'll have seconds, why not!
Coconut Crème pie for me.

oRE, your ocean is AMAZING! WOW! And sharing Erma with us too ... she had awesome advice, appropriate for our times today. Your scene isI'm having Krispy Kreme donuts for dessert - dropped off at our door by our oldest DD. Bless her, she knows how we love them. This is a beautiful card for a sad event. Hugs from oHIo

I don't know where to start....from the good advice drawn from your sentiment, to the ocean floor, every itty bitty inch of this is incredible Susan. I loved reading your description and learning the process to create such magic. I just scrolled back for another ohhhhh and ahhhhhhh. Thanks for bringing this amazing creation to the challenge gallery. Hmmm now for desert.....
