This is my granddaughter Clare's 9th birthday card, birthday on March 31. Sad to say that I will not be with her. We will have to delay celebrating this year. I just made this card yesterday and it's on its way.
The Santoro dies are quite interesting. With two granddaughters, I thought they would be fun. I already had the background piece, sorry, I don't remember how I made it. I think it was just a sopping up ink and water piece, must have twisted it to get that look of rays coming from the center. Who knows? Some of the papers came with the dies so I used those for her dress and stockings. Stars and a moon are stenciled in gold and silver.

This is darling Jean...I've never heard of those dies. She'll love this. Sorry you can't be there for the actual birthday...but it'll give her something to look forward to once all this stuff is over...

I didn't know Santoro were making dies - gorjuss (get it hehehe). I dogress, your card is terrific Jean and will surly bring a great big smile to Clare's face. Thanks for adding this cutie to the challenge.
Please don't take your organs to heaven - heaven knows we need them here.
