I created this card for Cathy's Ways To Use It challenge for this week! I decided to start with a Jane Davenport face and then water color. I'm no pro with regard to water coloring, but I think it looks okay.
Then I did up card according to Cathy's challenge! Of course, that would be the torn edge under the woman's face. I sponged it up quite a bit too. Then I matted my image and carefully tore the mat to match as much as possible.
Thanks for looking!

Your beautiful watercolored face looks wonderful with the torn and distressed edges, Toni! The metallic pop was a great addition as well...thanks so much for your creative sample! Stay well, my friend!

You did great work, Toni. I like the torn edge and I know how hard it is to tear another piece to match. I'd have said impossible, but you seem to have managed. It's a lovely colour palette.

I think it looks more than "OK". Toni.....I think it is quite a challenge to watercolor a face....and you did a great job. A friend will appreciate receiving it.

Your watercoloring is impressive. Totally LoVE the way you did the hair with splits and splats of different colors, it’s very artistic. Also am liking how you did the skin tones. Very cool Image for the torn edge challenge. TFS!
