The layers on this card came about because those were the pieces I had leftover from another project, and they fit on this card. Sponged all the edges with the wild honey ink, to soften them. Layered PP & textured CS pieces onto the Kraft CS & then onto the card front.
I just got this stitched square die set, and wanted to use it. I made a frame for the birdie. Stamped the sentiment onto the Bazzill cream CS, & punched it out. Punched the mustard yellow textured CS & cut it into 4 pieces to layer the sentiment on. Popped up the bird frame & the sentiment onto the card with dimensionals. And of course, added the enamel & faceted dots!
It really isn't quite so "yellow" IRL, more "mustard-y" :-) TFL!

Your card is so cheerful and reminds me of sunshine. That would really make me happy if I need cheering up and bet it will make Kristine happy, too. So pretty!!!

This wonderful card definitely brings out the sunshine Liz! I love all these glorious layers and how you used your new stitched square die to showcase this delightful bird image. How neat you were able to use these extra layers on this card (I admire that you do this because I am so bad at using my extra pieces). Kristine is going to love this cheerful/sunshiny card Liz! ~Karen.
