What a Pinterest board! It was almost too much to take in, but, man, I would be happy with most any quilt on that board. Well done, Julie and Colleen!!!!!!!!!
I loved the colorful circle and the black and white background. Time for some Zentangle!!!!!! I also wanted another crack at Anita's TLC from a few weeks ago. I still struggled a bit but it's much better. I used a clear pouch for a ring binder, cut it down, put some reinker, including a dark bronze metallic, in the center and taped it up. Had a bit of leaking, hope I took care of it. It's a little too dark, that bronze metallic really took over the red and yellow. Cool in real life, almost looks like sun spots. I also am adding this to yesterday's F4A-suns.
I do think I need a sentiment on the front, but could not decide.

This is fabulous, Jean! Your tangled bg looks amazing & I love that big sun, front & off center. I would be over the moon w/ ANY quilt on that board! Such artistry!

Interesting mixed project! Bonus points for trying Anita's TLC again. I can see the depth you've got in the center and bet it is very cool in the reals! The tangles just make me smile and slow down to see all the happy doodling. Let us know what sentiment you decide upon.

I'm not sure about a sentiment, that it even needs one. You have a much better selection than I...from my limited options I might add One day at a time. But of course it depends on who you are sending it to and for what reason. Great use of Anita's technique to create that fabulous sunshine.
