The Alphabet Challenge is on the letter P this week. This is one of my entries for that challenge as well as this week's TLC challenge to make a Criss-Cross card - which could also be called a pocket card!
For the letter P, I have Petite Petals, Pansy, and leaf punches, Petite Petals and Painted Harvest stamps, and pocket card.
I stamped my pansy and petite petals and punched them out, also stamped and punched out the leaves. This was fun to make, I modified it slightly by not fastening the left side down so you still have a pocket but the card can also stand up.
One of the biggest challenges was thinking of a name for this card! My oldest daughter suggested searching for the language of flowers and going from there.
Thanks for looking!

My DH would agree with you on cards needing to be able to stand freely. I think maybe Anita made at least one of hers like this, with a belly-band to hold it closed. Love the colours in this one, and the pretty flowers on the insert. I can never decide whether grosgrain or organza is my favourite ribbon. I like the crisper tailored look of grosgrain.
