I found this wonderful 2" wide foil tape in the basement. After checking with DH, it came to live in my craft room. It's really heavy, so it works perfectly with dies. All I had to do was peel off the backing, and it stuck to the cardstock.
For sympathy cards, I tend to use sayings like the one above, or Thinking of You. I just seem to find the word Sympathy a little icky. That's just me. When someone I really care about loses someone close, I send them loving thoughts, hence this card.

That is a perfect sympathy card. And I know what you mean about the word "sympathy" - I often just go with "thinking of you". That foil tape from your basement workshop was a great find!
