The larger bg piece is a sheet I used to roll paint off my brayer while gelatin printing. These make grateful backgrounds and my thrifty soul is satisfied that I have not wasted paint. I had a strip of dp in my stash and some fabric flowers with buttons so I layered a flower together and used one of the buttons for the center. I used the 2nd one upside down because I didn't like the pattern. My sentiment was diecut from packaging.
* didn't mean to put this in the sympathy category though I could swap out the sentiment and it would fit

I love using up what I have, and am glad to see you do too - makes a wonderful card.

Another great grey scale sympathy card. That large flower work so well on the greys. Thank you so much for playing along and creating a second card for the challenge.
