Today's Technique Lover's Challenge TLC7828 is to use the Joseph's Coat technique. I was able to make use of a cast off from an earlier session using distress oxide spray for stencil monoprint as the starting point. I enhanced the colors with added distress oxides and continued completing the technique normally.
