For today's WT: Button It Up & this week's FS: Brent Here is the butterfly card I cased.
I felt that this ef looks like buttons and butterflies depending how you view it. I also added a square button to the butterfly. The bottom layer uses three stamps for definition, but I also decided to add the detailed butterfly to the top. The fern was stamped and then stamped-off for the lighter shaded ones. Rounded a corner and added sentiment. Thanks for stopping by! Enjoy your royal week, Brent! I must have looked through your gallery at least 5 times before finally settling on a card. ~Roberta

Love, love this. The butterflies body is awesome with that beautiful button. Extremely clever and it matches so perfectly. Shadow stamping is awesome as well as the embossed purple border.

This is really lovely, Roberta. I love the ferns behind the butterfly and I never tire of that shade of purple; wish we could still buy it ~ I hoard what I have left!

This card is so pretty! I agree.....the ef reminded me of buttons too. Pretty addition of the greenery.
