I needed one more Valentine and I wanted to make it really special. I decided to make a tag collage using different parts of some Character Constructions stamps (these are made to be switched up with other sets). I paper pieced the top and cut a skirt free hand. I added various trims. My sparkle bits for the WT challenge are the hearts.
USEIT2020-I used several items that haven't been used in a long time-ric rac, about 5 stamps, gaffer tape

Oh this is fun with all the bits and pieces you put together. and while her outfit says eclectic and comtemporary - the look on her face warns Temperance Woman 1920!

Oooooh fabulous collage tag card Polly. Great images and layout too. The sparkle hearts and sequins are super finishing touches too. I bet you have fun mixing and matching these stamps to create fun cards. Thank you so much for playing along.
