I love this chorus line and had to give them the spotlight, albeit a bit backwards from Dina's wonderful tutorial, choosing a white spotlight. Masked (scan N cut) and penciled in the floor and the whole thing wasn't as time consuming as I imagined. Used watercolor pencils for the characters and a little DOX for the sponging and teeny heart bg. We're at the Dorena Grange, in Oregon, celebrating Valentine's Day. Heart shaped cookies and passion flower punch will be served after the show.

Oh, my goodness, Lori, I love the dancing heart ladies in the spotlight. You did a great job of responding to the technique. I love that you included an audience on the card. Wonderful card!

Look at that, an audience too! I'm thinking with a white spotlight you could probably have skipped the masking altogether and just taken care drawing in the stage and stamping the heart confetti. You did a fantastic bjob adding the shadows for your chorus line. Brilliant job.
