What beautiful colors, Jeanne! Your card is just perfect and also tender. I admire those of you whose hearts beat faster when you are coloring. I am also glad our art is big enough to welcome those of us who can not stay within the lines! That would be me for sure...I didn't have exactly the colors of this challenge, but I hope I got close enough with the Copic Markers.
I definitely wanted to use this fabulous Technique Junkies Danny Kaye quote: Life is a great big Canvas and you should throw all the Paint on it you can. It is a large stamp on it's own. I decided it needed to be on an easel (maybe to spotlight the colors). At any rate, the Stampland painter is an unbelievably detailed image. Perhaps you can see some of the scenes off to the right of my male artist. There are men painting and writing. There is at least one woman who is posing. The Roman coliseum is in the upper right hand corner. I decided to cut the canvas so I could place my quote inside the card. I felt that way, the recipient would have to study the painting before they knew 'it' all.
I had a delightful month being on the CC team. Thank you for inviting me. I hope the next time you have a chance to sling some paint, you'll do it with wild abandon! As for me...I am going to keep on coloring outside the lines...just better....

Susan this is so really YOU!! I love it, beautiful images and I love your use from this week's colors, pretty texture on your canvas, and great idea to leave the other images uncolored makes a perfect contrast.

Amazing creation, Susan. It reminds me of a card you made many moons ago when a lovely lady was looking into a mirror. Striking with only the three colors used to enhance the stamp. Thanks for sharing.

I’m speechless Susan! I knew it was your card and have zoomed right in to check out the ‘other’ art. You’ve rocked the challenge today and I am in awe ... once more x

This is fabulous, Susan! I love the detail in that image & the greeting on the easel is terrific. Since there are different lines for everyone, that's great advice.
