This week CAS challenge is brought to you by the beautiful Miss Lisa, Lisa challenges us to use gold on our projects. I just received this stamp in an awesome past Unity Stamp Company kit and I couldn't wait to color her. I started trying to color the dress leaning more towards gold colors but the orange really popped with the gold heat embossing. I started by stamping with gold delicata ink, then used gold glitter embossing power. You can really see the sparkle in real life, it's gorgeous. I finished by just cutting some washiest. I made this just a note card for now but reserve the right to change my mind and add a sentiment later.
I couldn't resist adding designer shoes Did anyone notice?
I hope you can play along with this weeks CAS challenge. Hop on over to the CAS forum for more details.

I sure did notice the shoes! This image reminds me of myself at one time, as I carried many balloons singing telegrams on Valentine's day. Though I wore a tux, I had some snazzy shoes! Love all the sparkle throughout. Fav'd!

Your image gave me a happy smile… Not some pencil thin girl, but one with a more realistic look. Your card is lovely and signifies a celebration with the balloons and sparkly gold banners.

The gold glitter embossing powder really does give this a sparkle! The orange was the right choice for color. It really makes the gold more gold! Didn't notice or connect the Designer on the shoes until I read that part of your comment and looked again! Clever!
