When I saw today's sketch I thought about extra panels with the side strips.
I've layered first the designer paper onto green and added the strips layered on green with the same designer paper and glued them only to the back so they open, on the left strip I've glued the square with the die cut and stamped heart on it, which makes the front of the card, on the right strip I've added a die cut heart stamped and colored tiny hearts on it and under the square I've glued a same size square and stamped I love you framed with a green die cut heart and added silver stickers around the square, I've added the lace bow and layered this on a white linen base.

Your mind works far better on fancy folds than mine. My Christmas card should have been a fancy fold but I failed! This is lovely and so well thought out
