I suppose the sky is a little light for the moon to be out, although in the summer, you can see it rising well before dark. That's my reasoning.
I started with the seaside spray on the bottom, then went back to the top with blueprint sketch, chipped sapphire and a bit of black soot. Sprinkled on some water and stamped some stars in white, accented with the glitter pen. I mixed some white acrylic with water and created some clouds with my finger. The moon is a three step stamp so you can get whatever kind of moon you like.

I can just image a night sky like the one your art lead you to create! The clouds are ethereal wisps, nicely brought forth. Love the balanced use of the colors. That moon is the cat’s meow. Into my fav’’s
